CVS Pharmacy

We needed an emergency dose of my dad's insulin, since we were traveling. We had our doctor send in a prescription to this pharmacy. When I arrived they had NO RECORD of it. Claimed their systems were down it might trickle in. Several hours later I called the automated CVS line and the prescription was attached to my account since we have the same name. And they STILL did not have any record of it on their system despite it showing on my phone. The incompetence here is strong. This morning I finally got a message that it was out of stock and will arrive on Monday. Guess where we will be on Monday? HOME! This was a completely pointless exercise, DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. Hell avoid CVS pharmacies in general.

Helpful, friendly staff. Staff went out of their way to make sure my milk had the longest shelf life.

Miles at check-out counter was an excellent, courteous, conscientious, amiable, thorough and kindly helper/attendant!!!

The drive through pharmacist is extremely unprofessional and rude. She was on her phone when I pulled up and didn’t hear me so in a loud and rude manner yelled ”CAN I HELP YOU “ Had she not been in her phone and maybe just a little more worried about her job, she’d probably been able to hear me. Besides that don’t dare ask about a good RX price! You will quickly get told that they don’t cover those prescriptions and if you ask for them to check you’ll be told you’ll have to wait an additional 30 minutes along with an unpleasant eye roll. With this experience as well as the last horrible experience I rate you at zero stars but since you can’t post without at least one star I rated one because the pharmacy is horrible!
