CVS Pharmacy

I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of the pharmacy supervisor at this CVS location. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name, but she mentioned she is from Egypt. The first incident occurred a couple of weeks ago, when my mother went to pick up her prescription. The supervisor was rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. Her attitude was so upsetting that my mother left the pharmacy in tears. There was no effort to assist properly or show even basic customer service. The second incident happened yesterday and was even more discouraging. My mother was so anxious about returning that she didn’t want to go at all. At the pharmacy, the supervisor initially stated that no prescription had been filled, despite the kiosk clearly showing that it was ready. She spoke to customers

Both pharmacists are amazing. There have been numerous times where I’ve been sick or in pain and the pharmacy team has bent over backwards to fill my rx in a timely manner.

We have been going to this CVS for several years. We are delighted with the changes made lately. The current staff is polite, attentive and returns the calls in a reasonable amount of time. Thus far we have not had any issues with the services provided.

It was easy to pick up my prescription using the barcode they texted me. I was in and out quickly. It was a Sunday so it was quieter than a week day. The pharmacist is very friendly.

Extremely unprofessional pharmacist. I had a 5pm appointment on 9/25/24 for a scheduled flu shot along with my wife. She got the shot but he refused me because he couldn't find my profile. I went home and got a screenshot showing reservationincluding the confirmation number. I returned at 5:15pm and provided the confirmation. He said he would give me the shot after servicing 3 more customers. An hour later, after servicing approx 4 dozen customers, nothing happened with me except asking which arm to receive a shot. Another half hour later, I finally got my shot just before closing time at 7pm. I mentioned to him that I knew he was making me wait until just before closing time and no more customers to wait on. He denied and lied about making me wait, just because he screwed up and was
