I begin my prescriptions through c v s now for a long time, and I'll be honest, I like em. I'll keep using them until their quality goes to hell.

Poor service at the pharmacy counter because I would not sign in. It takes the person at the counter 2 seconds to pull up the prescription and 10 minutes for seniors and many other people to use that stupid sign in system. She was rude passed me by because I would not sign in 2 times. Poor poor service and your new system is garbage!

New touchscreens in place at pharmacy. Filthy from prior users! Don’t recognize key strokes. Just terrible crappy customer experience improvement some CEO is getting a bonus for adding. Recommend anywhere else. With next Flu season it should be primary vector for transmission!

Pharmacy never has your prescriptions and have to wait or come back. I have a Geisinger OTC card and very few things are included. Prices are high
