CVS Pharmacy

I've been a long time customer at the Whiting location at 421 Lacey Rd. The pharmacy staff are almost all polite no matter how busy they are, and some of the long time staff recognize many customers on sight and call them by name. I find that familiarity reassuring. It also gives me confidence in the fact that they are more likely to be conscientious employees. The store is always kept clean, well stocked and carries a varied selection of items in each department. It may be smaller than some other stores but I believe that friendliness goes a long way. The weekly coupon in my email is a big plus and gets me into the store instead of cruising up to the drive thru. Going in leads to finding something to use the coupon on.

You just can't call them they have to call you back and don't get started on their cvs online keeps making you get kicked out of site and you have to start all over again update!!!!!! Are you kidding me with these new computers you have where we the customer have to loud our own information,???? I don't know if you know the age demographic of this area but most are seniors and poor things do not understand what is going on and there is nothing worse then putting something like this in pharmacy when you drive us crazy as is SMH shame on you

1 Star is too much. There is absolutely no customer service at the pharmacy. Some pharmacists are not willing to do anything beyond the minimum required to stay employed. Go somewhere else.

Scheduled a flu vaccine, the day before, and was very satisfied with my experience, the staff at the pharmacy was friendly and courteous, and I was in and out of the store very quickly

I love filling my scripts at the CVS at 421 Lacey Rd in whiting. Charlie the pharmacist goes above and beyond to listen, answer any & all questions and help in every way possible. He fills all of my scripts quickly and never asks me to come back at another time to pick up my meds.
