CVS Pharmacy

Well I had an RX at Walgreens and they were not able to fill it because of supply so I had the RX transferred to CVS because my husband and I needed for a trip. When CVS pharmacy responded to a voice message they told me they would accept the transfer and I received a text shortly thereafter . They filled the RX but whoa it was so expensive so I was advised by pharmacy tech to download a coupon to help with the expenses so I did and came up with both a card for my husband and myself I took it to the counter but there was a glitch and one of the techs , David , spent the time working with the company and the discount card and finally my card was able to reduce the expenses but my husbands couldn’t be used . CVS is usually busy and I have to wait from a couple minutes to up to 45 minutes sometimes. If a prescription was automatically renewed and I tell the staff that I don't want that prescription, staff tells me they'll put it back "no problem". But they never actually do that and it's always attached (the one from before) to my new drug order. I'd had this happen several times. Some pharmacy techs are nice a friendly while other are a little bit grouchy.

Always really quick and helpful when picking up a prescription, whether through the drive-thru or in-store! Never had a problem here.

Cashier spent more time talking with his coworker than assisting me. I said I needed him to focus on my transaction as I was there to get meds for a sick child. All he did was make excuses I had no time for. I usually use self check out, but his register was open. I'll stick to self check out from now on.
