Rose Lake Massage

I came in for a deep tissue massage. While parts of the massage were okay, the overall experience made me uncomfortable. During the session, the pressure and hot towel were used without checking my comfort level, and the towel placed on my face was uncomfortably hot. At checkout, I was told that I was “the only one who didn’t tip.” There may have been a communication or language barrier, and I’m not sure if it was meant negatively, but it came across as embarrassing and pressuring. Tipping should feel optional, not something that makes a client feel singled out or uncomfortable. Because of this experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable returning. Clearer communication and a more professional checkout experience would really help improve the service.

I am always a little Leary on trying new places. But my normal lady was out sick. So I tried here. Other than the door being slightly opened (was fine as nobody else was here) she did stand on my back which scared me as I have had an ACDF done BUT he didn’t even get close to standing in my thoracic area. This is something that should be asked incase of fusions. I will be back though, Sally did a great job!

BEST massage at a VERY reasonable price. Very thorough. I liked the hot towel rub down at the end that removed any excess oil. Doesn't speak English well but very nice nonetheless. Doesn't take checks.

she is very friendly with us. She massages very well. It made my body feel very light. I came twice and both times were good. I brought my grandparents to her very enthusiastically. and gave us some branches of the tree she planted. I'm so happy I chose to come here

My husband had a massage here and said it was fantastic. He had been incredibly sore and felt like it relieved a bunch of tension. We'll definitely be coming back!
