CVS Pharmacy

Pharmacy staff is never willing to help and on numerous occasions they have been just down right rude!

CVS on Bell Lane in West Monroe has made a complete turnaround from about a year ago when things were going downhill fast. The changes that were made have made such a huge difference and I am happy to use CVS as my pharmacy again.

none of the pharmacy employees that work at CVS at 3423 Cypress St., West Monroe, LA like their jobs! They are all rude - never say thank you - and will not help you run a high priced prescription through Good RX. I could have saved of $45 today if they had just tried to help me but instead told me that I'd have to come back in a few hours - they were too busy to help me! I'm looking for another pharmacy - I've been with CVS for a long time but it's getting ridiculous how they treat customers.

City of Monroe is holding up lots of their parking with construction, we're hoping & praying that it'll soon be finished ‼️🤔

I’ve been coming to this drive-through in this pharmacy for years and they have a young girl now and she is not friendly at all. She does not like to say hi or bye or anything. She is very rude. I’m sorry but I just don’t like that.
