CVS Pharmacy

I gave a five star review because they are truly consistent except for a recent computer issue that left all of us customers in the dark. The issue was with the computers that we could not receive our prescriptions. You could not fill any prescriptions, and no one was notified by a Text message blast that would’ve been very helpful because I was a day late taking my medication’s and if we were notified, I could have spoken with my doctor to transfer a prescriptions to a functioning pharmacy. At that time, we had no idea how long it was going to last we were told. I just wish that there was more communication and Reaching out to see if we needed help, which no one responded . I know this is probably a once in a blue moon issue, but I’m thinking of the rest of the people who needed very impo

Absolutely atrocious service. Came in on a Friday at 1:28. Was informed the 5 employees that work there are all going to lunch at the same time. Even though I arrived before the “lunch time” they wouldn’t take me. Mind you I am there with my 3 year old son trying to get his medicine. One younger woman in particular was extremely rude. It is unfortunate that this is the state of affairs. Whoever is managing this account should take note and do something to better customer service. Like maybe on a slow Friday afternoon the 5 people that are working all don’t have to go to lunch at the same time. Also the customer service aspect is extremely lacking. I would like to speak to whoever is in charge here and let them know that they are failing on many levels.

The one on Joneshill Road reminds you of a quiet community store !! And the pharmacy and staff up front are awesome!! The one on Campbell Avenue well that's another story !! YOU MAKE AN HONEST MISTAKE AND YOU CANT TELL YOUR SIDE !! I WOULD STAY AWAY GO TO WALGREENS ACROSS THE STREET

I feel like people in their try to avoid you the ones that work there I mean because they don't want to answer any questions LOL I don't know maybe it's just me but I feel like that CVS just fell off especially the pharmacy
