CVS Pharmacy

Drive thru associate provided an absolutely exasperating experience. The associate exhibited an appalling lack of urgency and professionalism, squandering over 30 minutes of my time by engaging in gratuitous, meandering conversations with the two vehicles ahead. My own transaction, ironically, was completed in under three minutes—proof that the delay was entirely avoidable. This egregious inefficiency and disregard for customers' time is unacceptable and emblematic of gross mismanagement. I left infuriated, insulted, and entirely disillusioned with the service. PLEASE Do better.

I have been told every day this week that my daughter's prescription has been ordered and will be in the next day. Each day we are told it's not in and then the same as the previous day. I just wanted to know if we need to go to another Pharmacy. However I can't get anywhere with them. When I ask to speak with a manager I am always told nobody there is a manager or in charge. My family has been going to this Pharmacy for 20 years. What happened to good customer service??

I love my Pharmacy everyone; especially, at the front is always very nice and helpful.

They are very efficient. They send me notice via text when my order is ready, so I have no waiting.

Staff not at all interested in good customer service
