CVS Pharmacy

I just went in to drop off Amazon returns for my boss. There was no one at the counter so I just waited a second, and an employee was walking up the middle isle. She saw my packages and told me to "put them in the box" if they were ground shipping. I looked around behind the counter and asked where the box was. She pointed to the direction to my right. The box was OUT IN THE STORE, in front of the photo counters, but between those and the checkout counters. Absolutely anyone could just walk up an take packages out of that box. Especially, when you factor in that there was no one up front watching it when I walked in, and they can't watch it all of the time. Had an issue with my granddaughter's script. They took the time to ask me for some information and explained why. Then they looked up the Dr, called the office and spent over 10 minutes on the phone trying to (and finally getting) the information they needed to fill this very important prescription. They even apologized to me for the Dr's office errors. They have always been friendly, fast and concerned about my health. I feel safe with them.

First let me say I didn’t even want to give a one star but unfortunately it made me. I’m not a person the usually takes time to write negative reviews , complain, etc.. I too work with the public and know it’s not for the weak. However consider this a PSA/warning.. My mom had to pick my child up sick from school today and ended up with having to get a prescription filled and picked up..our go to pharmacy is Kroger, but unfortunately they were out of the certain medicine prescribed and told her to go CVS Pharmacy ..no big deal right? wrong! Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Store is always clean. Amanda in the pharmacy is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. I now ask for her by name if I have any questions.

The rudeness of their pharmacist is going to get someone killed. I went in with a question about one of my refills. Instead of trying to help me figure out what the problem was, the pharmacist berated me and insisted all my prescriptions were filled (they weren't.) Even a minor effort to try to help would've revealed the mistake, but the pharmacist was more concerned with winning an argument than he was with my health.
