CVS Pharmacy

I went to a cvs prior to pick up my meds but only had half my order. They recommended me to try the next location. From the moment I got there the pharmacist named Sage, went out of his way to not only fix the technical issue in the sysytem he should me what professionalism looks like and set a standard il always remember. Thanks cvs for hiring a valuable employee.

I called corporate on this CVS. They open when they want and this is a huge liability! Patients are sick and cannot miss medication. On Saturday October 28th they were closed. No sign…nothing. Just closed! I guess no one decided to show up to work this day. I called corporate because this is not the first time. They need to be closed down. If you urgently need refills do not come here. Go to a private pharmacy. The lady pharmacist with the glasses moves very slow. She’ll just have you waiting there and then say she’s filling someone’s medication that is walking around the store instead of the person standing right in front of her! Her professionalism is an all time low! Need retraining and new staff. Shut this place down asap!

Attempted to change from CVS on West Main but this one is even slower, the only female pharmacist I have seen there has always come across as condescending Not to mention when I called to cancel a script due to it interfering with me getting my meds from OptumRX, multiple calls they claimed they did it and didn't - but I call and ask for a reversal of the prescription and suddenly they know what they are doing. Months of paying cash for a medication out of pocket when they were the problem. I would rather go without my meds then deal with this CVS or West Main ever again. Ridiculous.

I am fairly new to CVS in Waterbury at Target and the pharmacy technician is alway friendly and professional, the pharmacist is professional and will answer questions if you have them. I am glad I switched to this CVS in Target.

Great crew very professional! I love the fact that they are inside Target store very convenient! I went to get flu shot & only waited 5 min SUPER FAST
