CVS Pharmacy

If you are trying to fill a time sensitive prescription at CVS/Target 63090, go elsewhere. They do not value your time as a customer. They do not care if your prescription expires and you have to get a new one. They do not offer to call other CVS locations to find the closest store that has the medication in stock. I was told I'd receive a call if a prescription came in their order - either way - never received a call. When I finally spoke with the pharmacist, I was told my call hadn't been returned, because they had, "thousands of other patients they were helping". Good to know my business is valued...espeically as a cash paying family. The CVS in Schnucks, 63090, has been great to work with and I will be moving my prescritpions to this location.

CVS has been telling me my prescription would be available for refill TODAY, for more than 10days. I even have a text message telling me it'll be available 12/7/25. Today, they won't have it in stock until tomorrow. One of the clerks responded by saying the data system here sucks. You knew i was coming for this refill 10days ago it should have been here. This will be my last refill here.

I’ve used this pharmacy for a few years now and I love them! Their customer service is great and they’re so informative and helpful. Never had prescriptions messed up by them, and they’re always quick to fix any possible issue. There’s only been 2 people that I’ve only seen each one time that had crappy attitudes (unprovoked too). But I let it go because I never see them there again.

I appreciated the flexibility and attentiveness of the staff at this location.

The CVS pharmacy inside the Target location at 1851 vernace drive Washington Missouri is by far the best pharmacy I've ever used. Pharmacist and staff are not only knowledgeable but extremely kind and patient. Is anyone ever reads this I hope they know they are appreciated.
