I got my flu shot at CVS today. Quick in and quick out. Professional staff was friendly and efficient. The store has a new layout, and looks much better. It is easy to find what you are looking for.
I walked into this CVS to get a Covid vaccination. The staff were excellent, very courteous, and professional! From the time I walked up to the counter, to the time I left, it was maybe 15 minutes tops! One staff member was accessing health information online, and preparing forms, while the other was administering the vaccinations - very efficient!! There was maybe 2 people ahead of me, and it was a breeze....I absolutely recommend this store!
The new computer system at the CVS pharmacy is supposed to speed things up, unfortunately, it’s doing just the opposite. Older people are having a very difficult time with it.
Awful big lady at the pharmacy was unreasonably rude. Can absolutely ruin your day. Do not go here.
Pharmacist Cynthia was approachable, relatable, and just a fantastic experience. Her colleague Laurie was also just a happy and fun person. CVS, take notes. These are the people you need to hire more of. Clone them if they’ll let you haha.
