Avoid, they don't know how to take insurance, had to go the CVS in cherry hill on Springdale Rd and they easily took my insurance. CVS in Sommerdale is also really good.

We switched to the Wal Mart phamacy in Somerdale and it is SO much better. At this CVS, you have to leave a message for any inquiries because no one answers the phone. The automated message says they will call back within an hour - and no one has ever called me back. I have had to go in several times and it is a toss up if I receive any support. One woman at the counter actually told me they prioritized their calls and that my question was not that important so they just never called me back. (And I was trying to fill a new script) Another issue is that often no one looks up at you when you are waiting at the register. So you just stand there awkwardly with zero support. Worst place ever. Never helpful never ready it almost feels like people are forced to work here. They don’t smile they are cocky is you have any issues! Never a good experience!

I've just had enough now. I live right across the street and what should be the most convenient pharmacy for me is the least convenient pharmacy for me because they just don't pay attention to the customers. If you give yourself 20 minutes to pick up your prescription in any other pharmacy, you leave with your meds and 10 minutes or so to spare. Here, 20 minutes is not enough. They just let you stand there in line and they are clearly trained to JUST LOOK DOWN and don't make eye contact. The longer the line, the more these muppets are obviously trying not to acknowledge it. Seriously, go into the Target and walk by the pharmacy. Take a look.
