CVS Pharmacy

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location and the lack of accountability from CVS as a company. I was sold medication with a clearly broken box. When I immediately returned to request a replacement, the staff initially dismissed my concerns, claiming the damage "was okay." After I insisted on a safe product, they handed me a replacement that appeared to be a previously returned item from another customer. Throughout this entire exchange, the staff displayed a very poor attitude and offered absolutely no apology for trying to sell me compromised medication. Because I could not trust the safety of the products they were offering, I requested a refund. This turned into a nightmare; I had to call online customer service multiple times to finally get the refund issued. Bet

If guardian angels wore name tags and filled prescriptions, they’d work at this CVS. Pharmacist Maira is pure magic: calm, kind, and always on point. She somehow handles chaos like it’s her superpower. Romana and Jeremy, the tech wizards with the patience of a saint and the speed of people who’ve mastered the art of multitasking . They're the ones you want on your team during a pharmacy apocalypse!! Professional, friendly, and downright awesome - this is the CVS dream team.

Every experience is awful and reminds me just how much CVS hates its customers. Don't send me a communication that my order is ready if your pharmacy is closed at that time. The employee who refused to help me during the closed lunch hour explained "everyone knows" they are closed for lunch. Greedy CVS pits customers against service personnel by skimping on staff coverage. Employees deserve lunch and customers deserve honest service during reasonable times. I switched to Amazon Pharmacy and will enjoy having my RXs mailed to me.

We stopped here during our recent visit to Tysons/ Vienna VA. The store was very well organized, and we could easily find what we needed. We found some nice greeting cards there and a special decongestant medicine that wouldn’t elevate blood pressure. Thankfully, we found this CVS during our trip and also saved a total of $10 in coupons for our purchase!

CVS is my favorite place to buy all medical vitamins or medicines. Their offers are very good in terms of discounts, and the workers inside the branch are very cooperative and help you with any question.
