CVS Pharmacy

Since the Valley cottage CVS pharmacy started taking a new patients from Rite Aid and other places, there are too few pharmacist, two few help and a wait that is often times frankly unacceptable.. I went to the dentist and had a tooth extraction with medication prescribed. The pharmacist had no problem filling the antibiotic, but ask for an additional 20 minutes for the pain medication. The extraction occurred at 11 AM. At 2:45 PM, I’m still being asked to wait for 20 more minutes The pharmacy is so busy but they are unable to resolve even for the pain of their patients in an unusual circumstance. The issue is not a matter of caring the issue is they’re actually too busy to actually treat every customer like a small smaller pharmacy would. Sometimes I feel like a number instead of a

I was dissatisfied with the care of the CVS employee administering the flu vaccine. He wore the same gloves for all of us. He did not aspirate the needle after puncturing the muscle, which is standard when giving IM injections. We had to request the documentation of vaccination. I am not confident he removed gloves and washed his hands after we exited the area

I was very satisfied with my visit to CVS pharmacy. The store was clean and the shelves were stocked. The pharmacist was professional, courteous, and helpful.

I had a great experience at the CVS at valley cottage today. Pharmacy was very clean and organized. My prescriptions were ready before I even arrived at CVS from my dr’s office. My pharmacist ( Jaya Kusumalayam) was also wonderful. She took a lot of time answering my questions and concerns. She reminded me about vaccinations that were available for me to take. Over all a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend to my family and friends.
