CVS Pharmacy

I wish I can give them 0 star. They don’t give me medicine because my insurance not pay, and told me go to look at CVS. I couldn’t find and came back, they told me that medicine for description only. So I had to wait 20mins more to pick up my medicine. Waiting time total 1 hour just for pick up medicine. So careless and unbelievably attitude.

Be aware, they will contact Google and delete your negative review. Negative 5 stars if I could. The most laziest and incompetent people on the planet. The “new and improved” self check out is a waste of time. The pharmacy tech would rather have a conversation with a “customer” about out of stock shoes on Amazon while multiple people are waiting in line, trying to get their meds. Lines are still extremely long, and the wait time is unreal.

Seems like almost every month now my medication is out of stock. I understand that this happens, but I will call a day before and ask if my medication is good to be filled the next day and they will tell me yes. The next day comes and I will get a message through the app saying they are working on my prescription. Sometime will pass, then it will switch to out of stock even though I’ve called and messaged multiple times to ensure it would be ready. I have run out of my Crucial medication numerous times suffering withdrawals. One month I received a message that my medication was ready for pick up only to get there and they tell me it’s out of stock.

I wish I could put zero star. This evening I walked in to the Tacoma Target CVS location at 7:50 pm. I got off work late and I was running to get my meds I get to the counter and waited for 2-3 mins to have someone notice me. Which is a long time when there are 3-4 people behind the counter not looking at you. Then the pharmacist looked up and tried to motion to a person the front who turned around (and who I later found out is called Momo had headphones on) and turns around gives a huge sigh at me she says “we are literally closing in 3 minutes.” The amount of animosity was outrageous. Why have a job where you have to interact with humans if you can’t be a human towards others. Then she tells me to input my information and with every prompt she is put out that she has to talk to me, I do

Staff was very helpful. Prescriptions weren't available due to a mix-up (NOT on CVS' part, but by hospital pharmacy!) Great assistance from Olivia and the Pharmacist (Joe?) tracking down the issue. Scrips picked up at hospital the next morning. Great experience with the 2 at CVS! Thank you.
