CVS really needs to simplify CVS' in-store prescription pickup process. Picking up a prescription should be straightforward and quick. At CVS, if you go in the store to pick up your prescription, you're presented with an automated system that you must self-service by entering multiple data points, and then when you go to pay, you need to figure out how the CVS' card reader works: does the card get swiped vertically or horizontally, and which direction does the magnetic strip need to be placed to be read by the card reader. If you pick up your prescription via the drive-thru, the process is entirely different, and much faster. CVS should strive to make the in-store prescription pickup process at least as fast or faster than someone going through the drive-thru. It's obvious that whoever

The impact of drug stores closing this CVS store has managed to absorb the quantity of customers with efficiency and meeting the medical needs too

Great instore service, would help if they had better phone service - not very good takes forever to get simple question answered via. phone. Many very advanced and effective AI phone systems, but nothing like a human.
