Core Pediatrics - Stratham

CORE is awesome. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and make you feel like a human. They are very knowledgeable. My son enjoys going to the doctor. I'm not sure why there are so many terrible reviews. If your complaint is that you are paying thousands of dollars, dont blame the office. It's YOUR health insurance that is the problem. We have only a $30 copay and I've literally paid cents for perscriptions. We lived in Mass and had North Shore Physicians Group previously. Now, that is a terrible organization! They make you feel like a number, not a person, and they don't listen to your concerns. Since moving to NH and joining CORE we've had nothing but exceptional service. That goes for the adult physicians office here in Statham as well AND the CORE maternity unit at Exeter Hospita

The doctors at Core Pediatrics are lovely, but the system is atrocious. It was nearly impossible to get sick visits, they always screwed up the billing. Last year I spent nearly $1000 getting treatment for a simple poison ivy rash for one of my kids because they had no appointments and kept sending me to urgent care. But the last straw was that when we moved out of state and asked for records to be transferred to our new pediatrician, they held our records hostage until we paid them a "records release fee". Worst customer service ever; I recommend that you go with literally any other care provider.

We have been bringing our 2.5 year old daughter here since she was born. Every provider we have ever seen has been friendly, professional, and competent. We have always been able to get appointments when needed, and we have had no issues at all with billing or reception. Highly recommend to all my parent friends.

Went here for Peds and Adult Primary Care. Really disappointed by both. Peds department is very pushy and often give unsolicited advice. Primary care doctor was horrible as well, he didn't inform me on the possible side effects of a certain medication he prescribed. I also had to do my own research and push very hard to get basic blood tests done. I went back one more time just to see if it was a one time thing, but unfortunately it wasn't. I'm not sure if they don't care, or if they're just over being in this field but I had to go somewhere else.

Ripoff, was sending our kids here for years. Go somewhere else you won't get billed hundreds of dollars in medical bills for unauthorized help and phone calls.
