The pharmacy team here is exceptional. The ladies; Amber, Vivian and Zineb who run this pharmacy are the nicest people; they genuinely care.They consistently go above and beyond. Their patience, kindness, and professionalism truly stand out. Always smiling and spreading kindness to all. Out of all the pharmacies I have gone to, this CVS listens to the customers needs, works diligently with insurance providers, and always figures things out in a timely manner. They are dedicated to patient advocacy and ensure safe medication management with guidance and compassion. Great work Ladies! 10 out of 10

CVS STONEHAM MA Has a drive thru PHARMACY Is a great store. It is very big and spaced out They have a huge gift card section which is great for gifts of all occasions Very clean store and open 24 hours

Worst ever. Use this location if you want to spend the rest of your life calling your medical plan everytime you need a refill. They are always wrongly accusing your plan of not approving. But the plan tells you that the refills are totally acceptable and no one from CVS contacted them. HOURS of time none of us have dedicated to just getting a darn refill. No phones are answered. Complete mismanagement. I never write these. That’s how bad they are.
