CVS Pharmacy

hey, this place actually gets stock, unlike the old rite-aid! i do miss the old pharmacy handing out free flu shots to folks with no insurance, but this place is a CVS and CVS is pretty standard. pharmacy script fills are exactly the same as QFC and haggin in this town - you are kidding yourself if you think you'll get much better service at the other pharmacies in stanwood, and i say that as someone with a family member who's prescriptions are at QFC and knowing folks with scripts at haggin. the pharmacists here are friendly and good people in spite of the fact every time i stop in here some customer is screaming at them for things out of their control so frankly they deserve a medal, lol. good prices on their stock, incidentally! the CVS brand OTC medications are fantastic and very comp

Over 1 hour wait for pickup on a med that has been ready for over 24 hrs as notified on my personal device. Do better CVS. Your employees need assist! Pulling my prescriptions.

The CVS takeover has literally ruined this place. You can’t reach a pharmacist ever by design. You can leave a message, but they don’t get the message and I’ll call you back. Impossible to ask actual medical prescription related questions of an actual pharmacist without physically driving each time to try to get someone’s attention. They’re doing massive data collection through their Point sales system . It’s just disgusting. The last script that was called in for me was never filled, and I could never get anyone to call me back, and I eventually went to Costco, which is not a lot better but some.

professional staff. Some prescriptions have been filled late, even when calling a week in advance, as they had requested.. Disappointed within two cycles. Time to find a new pharmacy that can satisfy my needs.

I’ve tried calling for 2 days to fill my prescription. This location never calls back the other locations call within an hour. Unfortunately my prescription was sent to this location. I’m out of my medication and went there twice yesterday. The first time she said they would put mine in line to fill today. I went back before closing and that wasn't done. I won’t be filling any future prescriptions there Sad because I’ve filled my prescriptions at this location for 7 years.
