CVS Pharmacy inside Schnucks Montvale is most efficient, friendly, and helpful. I have been going there since they were Schnucks Pharmacy and have continued since it became CVS.
After having an awful experience at another CVS, I came to this location. The staff was very helpful and kind. After having issues at the other location and having to transfer information I called them ahead of time and the girl I spoke with was very patient and kind figuring out a solution. She was very informative and they had my prescription ready quickly. Brett was also very helpful when I arrived. He was sure that I got all the information I needed. I will absolutely be using this location for future needs.
The pharmacists are always friendly and helpful.
Very experienced staff. Friendly and gives the best customer service (which is difficult to find in this fast paced generation. Dawn & Leandra are great pharmacist s.
They treat you like friends. I’ve switched from their competition because of lack of service. The pharmacists have been so helpful here.
