The amount of times I couldn’t speak to someone bc the automatic system has zero option to speak to someone unless I let it say allllllll of my prescriptions on my profile is infuriating! For such a high tech company….why isn’t there an option to hit 0 anymore immediately to bypass all the auto garbage?

I have been using this CVS branch since they opened in Target. I am always greeted, by name. If there are a lot of customers, they are handled politely and quickly. They check to make certain all shots and vaccinations are current. If there is a question, they will work to find the answer. They are the main reason I continue to come to this store. I do have closer options to my home.
