CVS Pharmacy

Everyone I've encountered at this pharmacy has always been very kind, helpful, & informative. The reason I gave only 3 ☆'s is primarily because sometimes when the line is incredibly long, & there are SEVERAL employees working, often times no one comes up to the counter to help the one cashier who is desperately trying to get people through & on their way. The other reason is because it doesn't have a drive-thru! Otherwise, like I said, the associates I've done business with have all been very nice, kind, & helpful! Thank you for that CVS! =)

My home pharmacy was unable to fill a prescription of mine & suggested I call around & see if another local pharmacy could fill it. Of 3 calls I made, 2 hung up on me, but this CVS called back to answer the message I left w/in minutes of leaving it, & was able to transfer the medication to my home pharmacy. Will definitely keep these guys in mind if I have any other problem prescriptions. Great customer service. Thanks, guys!

This was the first time I felt so frustrated when asking for medication advice at a pharmacy! The employee, Jennifer, was very uncommunicative and dismissed me with just a few words. Her attitude was cold and dismissive! I told her I needed help because I was pregnant and had a terrible toothache, and I wanted to find the right dosage of Tylenol. I saw that all the medications on the shelf were 500mg, and I didn't know if there was a 325mg option or what I should do! She coldly told me to go ask a supermarket employee. I tried asking her for help again, but she still told me to go ask a Target employee! I'm not familiar with medications, but I didn't necessarily need to buy the 325mg Tylenol! If she had been willing to tell me that the 500mg was also suitable and safe for pregnant women, I

I picked up a new medicine last week at the CVS Pharmacy on 29th and the pharmacist who spoke to me said at the front counter undescretely in a rather loud tone of voice it would counteract with the two pain medicines I take, and she proceeded to name the pain medicines, which made me feel uncomfortable because its nobody's business what pain medicine I'm on. When I asked her in what way would the new medicine counteract with my medicines, she proceeded to name the two pain medicines along with the name of the new medicine at least 3 or 4 more times until I finally got the reason why. Not only is it wrong to give the name of a patients pain medicines in front of the line at the pharmacy, along with other kinds of medicine, but its unsafe because you never know who will follow you out of th

I only wish they could automatically refill without calling them to refill them first. RITA AID always called to let you know your prescriptions were in, even if they were hard copies. The service staff who work at this store are friendly and knowledgeable..
