CVS Pharmacy

This pharmacy gives incorrect information at one counter, move to the next counter they always have a lame excuse why they've either messed up or not filled the prescription at all. I've given them several months to ramp up as they've replaced Rite Aid, but the service has not gotten any better. Myself and family members will be switching pharmacies.

I was really hopeful that CVS was better than Rite Aid. I completely stopped using Rite Aid pharmacy because it would take two days to fill a prescription. Tonight I had to have oral surgery and we dropped off my prescription and handed my insurance card to the girl, she said it should take me about an hour. We will let you know. Two hours pass and we go back and they haven’t even started the prescription. They say, get out of line go to the back of the line and when you get up here, it will be finished. Get back to the front of the line for them to tell me they can’t find my prescription. So now I’m standing here waiting while they find the prescription and fill it. They finally return with my prescription, and they tell me we don’t take your insurance. I gave you my insurance card when I

Never had a problem here. The cashier always greets us and the pharmacy always tries to help if you are concerned about a medication. The lines aren't too long and it moves quickly.

Been getting prescriptions here since it was rite aid. Its a nice clean store and you can grab milk and some limited grocery while you are there so you don't have to make another stop.

Pharmacy was awesome! They worked with CVS Care Representative and got all my prescriptions, They texted me to let they we're working on them and then also let me know when they were ready to be picked up.
