CVS Pharmacy Specialty Services

1 month trying to get a script filled. Over an hour on the phone. Updated insurance information given to them and then they call me back asking if I’ve updated my insurance is updated. They never saved it. I then got a call from someone saying that she’s my assigned rep and that she will call me back at a certain time the next day. Never called me back. I have absolutely no idea how this place is being run, but it needs some major changes.

The woman pharmacist here has been holding a life saving medication from me and my caretakers for over a month for no reason. She was strange on the phone with my caretaker when the injections were marked ready, then stated she needed to speak to my doctor. After that she started telling us my prescription had been denied via a prior auth. She had my caretakers going back and forth for weeks, my doctor's office sending multiple scripts. I call Aetna, they never sent a denial. There was no denial, there is no denial now. So the woman hops on the phone with them then comes back and tell me the woman said it was because I "hadn't made an account yet" but also she couldn't resolve this with both of us on the phone, I needed to not have the insurance agent present and come in person. Completely

THIS COMPANY HAS CALLED ME REPEATEDLY ASKING IF I WILL FILL MY RX WITH THEM AND THEY WILL NOT STOP. ONE CALL WOULD HAVE BEEN ENOUGH!! I HAVE ASKED THEM TO STOP AND THEY STILL DID NOT STOP!! IF I COULD LEAVE A ZERO STAR I WOULD! IT IS SO ANNOYING!!! STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!!!

This pharmacy never has your prescriptions ready for pickup . I call in the morning to have them get my moms meds ready and I let them know I will be there in the afternoon but when I arrive I always have to wait. If I called in the morning they should be waiting in the basket in the front for me to pick them up.
