CVS Pharmacy

I believe in the hiring process for anyone who works in the pharmacy must apparently need to be the most unpleasant & rude people on the face of this earth in order to make the fit! When trying to add insurance to my account the lady inputting my info dramatically sighed in my face & proceeded to tell me i wasn’t showing her the right info. i simply ask how much it would be without insurance, as i was just trying to make everyone’s lives easier and get out as quickly as possible & she looked at me like i shot her dog in front of her, never got my answer btw! i'm not sure if they physically beat their pharmacy employees or what their deal is, but i have yet to encounter a cvs pharmacy worker that’s even remotely pleasant.

Both my husband and I received great service when we got our vaccines. Lots of people to help, everyone was friendly, place was very clean. No issues, it was a smooth transaction from beginning to end. A++++

Store is dirty even though they kind of re did it. Bins just laying in the aisle that where unattended. Guy at pharmacy looked at me for minutes before helping. It's ur typical cvs.

I don't know why I even use this pharmacy anymore. Probably because the pharmacy owns my insurance company. The snotty blonde who works the pharmacy drop off/questions area is rude and insolent. The pretentious one wearing Figs scrubs. Every time I speak with a pharmacist there they are always rude and have an attitude as well. At this point I'm considering switching to Walgreens or Beacon because these people are a nightmare to work with. In addition to their attitude problems, they are extremely slow and have the dumbest hours as they close the pharmacy for lunch instead of having them rotate who goes on break and staying open. They are the worst!

Make sure you are aware of pharmacy hours and there unusual lunch time hours that they shut it down. Usually long wait in pharmacy walk in or drive through. Usually all kinds of great sales in the store and make sure you sign up for your free CVS discount card. They can sign you up quickly at the register and we need make every penny stretch in this economy. Great seasonal and holiday shopping!
