CVS Pharmacy

The workers are friendly and I can always find what I'm looking for in the aisles. Their pharmacy has issues and sometimes my prescriptions get lost. I've called my doctor to call them in again and they eventually show up, but it would be great if the pharmacy got it right the first time.

Received my flu and Covid vaccines here. Went well, everyone was polite and courteous. It didn’t take much time either.

condescending and rude when they get busy…maybe my wife was expecting too much to have her rx filled quickly but she was extremely sick and desperate…i’ll pay up for a place that’s polite

Horrible customer service. I pulled in at 5:58. Pharmacy closes at 6. Pharmacist CJ told me through the microphone that they are closed and to come back in the morning. I explained that I just got back from vacation and needed to pick up a refill and that it wasn’t quite 6pm. Could he just help me since there were a few minutes left? He literally said, “We’re not gonna play the ‘it’s 5:58 game’ we are closed." I then parked and went inside. It was exactly 6 when I got to the pharmacy and they were already locked up. Again, I asked if he could just help me. He again was very rude and said no. I asked if he knew another CVS that was still open. “Nope, we all close early on Sunday. If I could leave less stars, I would. My Provider sent in 3 prescriptions and they were put on hold. This is the second time this has happened and I am a little concerned. Both times, I have had to call to find out where the prescriptions are and then I have had to call again to get them to fill all of them. WHY is this such a problem? If my provider writes prescriptions that he has written every 2 weeks for over 8 years and the same CVS has filled these prescriptions every 2 weeks WHY is some idiot putting them on hold instead of just filling them? I should not have to show up to pick up the prescriptions THAT ARE NOT FILLED and then be told that they are on hold. Then when I have not received a notice that the meds are ready to pick up, I look them up in the app and see that only 2 of t
