CVS Pharmacy

Sat for over 20 to 30minutes in the drive thru. Don't know the problem but, if my order isn't ready I'm told to come back later. No reason why the wait was given, I'm sure the people behind me were frustrated as well. Pick up drop off window!!

I’m well aware the pharmacy closes at 1:30pm for lunch, but there is zero reason for me to wait in the line for the drive-thru for over 20 minutes, just to get to the window and have them close nearly 5 minutes early. If you close at 1:30, close at 1:30. Not 1:25pm.

They always get my birthday wrong even though I put it in as requested be automated instructions. This needs to be fixed.

Staff is always wonderful! Kind and efficient, answering all questions with a great attitude and a smile! So happy with the improvements made over the past year. I hope staff is rewarded for their hard work and great team effort. It shows! What a difference.

I understand that the pharmacy may need your SS number, but requiring you to say it out loud in front of multiple people in line and waiting for pick-ups is completely ridiculous.
