CVS Pharmacy

The people behind the counter are very nice and helpful, but CVS’s overly aggressive marketing means every transaction takes much longer than needed because of multiple irrelevant questions to answer when checking out. No sooner did I OPT OUT of text messages for marketing purposes than I immediately get a spam text message from CVS. The company has a reckless disregard for customer privacy, and overly aggressive marketing, that is a chore to manage.

Words cannot express how awful and unprofessional. The female pharmacist is at the CVS! My husband is a heart patient. He is on auto refill for his heart medication which should’ve been filled on November 15 fast-forward to two weeks later and he’s out of his medication. So I called the pharmacy to get it refilled. Left a message because nobody answers the phone. The pharmacist called me back was extremely rude. Told me there’s a problem with the authorization and I said if there’s a problem with the authorization then why didn’t somebody call? Why didn’t somebody tell us? She said it’s not my job to take care of the authorization . I said it’s not your job, she proceed to say this three times to me . It is not my job to take care of the authorization he could pay $800 out-of-pocket. I sa

This pharmacy is great. The pharmacists are so pleasant, informative and helpful. The wait time is minimal and it's conveniently located inside the target so I don't have to make multiple stops. The only downside is that it's a smaller cvs and can't stock all of the medications which means you might have to wait a day or so for you prescription to be delivered but you always have the option to have it called into another CVS which the pharmacist is always happy to do.

Sign says 9am opening. 9:20 and gates are down and no one inside.
