CVS Pharmacy

Unfortunately I had a bad experience. Last Tuesday after my oral surgery I went to drop my prescription around five pm the farmacist told me it was to late I must come back tomorrow. I came back the next they couldn't find the prescription I waited 50 minutes to get my prescription and the pharmacist was so rude to me I never complained. I told the manager he said he couldn't do anything about it. Poor customer service. I must prefer mail order.

CVS on Ellerbe Road has an amazing team. They are friendly, knowledgeable and, even if they are busy, they acknowledge your presence. I highly recommend CVS at this location.

This was my first visit to this CVS store. This store was the only one in the area that had my medication. My CVS store was out of stock. I don't have the words to express how extremely nice, cordial, and caring the pharmacist and the pharmacy technician were. Oh my goodness, they were so understanding and kind. I am so serious. THANK YOU CVS PHARMACY TEAM ON ELLERBE ROAD!!!!!

The pharmacy staff unfortunately is not the same anymore and they do not care about their jobs. It is a very unpleasant experience having to pick up and fill prescriptions at this location. I would recommend if possible, switching to a different company, but if you have to stay with CVS, I recommend always going inside to see them face to face.

Once again, poor customer service. Waited in the drive through five minutes just to be told the system is frozen and would need to come inside to retrieve my medication. I did so and then was told then to stand in another long line. After eight years of dedication to this pharmacy and yet again poor pharmacy customer service.
