CVS Pharmacy

Tory in the pharmacy has horrible customer service skills, she is rude and condescending. I can not believe she is employed with a job that deals with the public. For someone in her position to tell a customer “ well then maybe you should go to another pharmacy” is just appalling!!! I just transferred every single one of my prescriptions and my Mothers from This pharmacy and sent them to Safeway. Do better Tory.

CVS pharmacy employee greeted me with a smile was cheerful while getting my order, wished me a to have a nice evening. Her cheerfulness picked me up.

Worst experience I've ever had at the pharmacy. I just picked up my prescriptions and came back to ask the pharmacist. Why the quantity was 42? But the prescription said 2 tablets 3 times a day for 14 days. The male pharmacist. Kind of flipped out saying, my doctor was stupid, and I should get a smarter doctor that can count And it was very rude. And unprofessional. I just asked a simple question, calm and collectively. I can't imagine what kind of service the elderly get.

Was waiting for prescription and they didn’t even let us know they close for lunch. Not real convenient when you’re trying to get on with your day. No thumbs up!!
