CVS Pharmacy

Both this CVS and the location across the street have over the counter healthcare items in locked cabinets. I understand the reasons for doing so, but the problem is they have a call button to request staff to unlock it, but not enough staff to actually answer the call. I waited for about 15 minutes before giving up. Meanwhile I could hear other customers repeatedly pressing call buttons in other locations in the store and those were not answered either. I left both stores without buying.

I was transferred from Rite Aid in San Leandro to CVS. I couldn’t be more happier The store has many more customers than Rite Aid and is extremely efficient Do not know if the other CVS stores operate in such friendly and professional manners, but I can say this one a second to none I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to Because of the service I received. Keep up the good work, CVS

My experience is always perfect with CVS Health Agents. So polite and well experience always with a smile. I feel so welcomed and helped.

I never have a problem getting my medicine, if I'm out the call the doctor, if the have to order medicine, they let me know and keep me informed of the progress, always greeted with a smile and they know their stuff, great job CVS.

The only negative experience I have dealt with besides witnessing theft was when a male cashier was super pushy for me to sign up for some cvs extra option. I kept telling him no and he gave me a guilt trip. He told me it wouldnt cost me money but it actually did. I ended up canceling and later he gave me grief about it again when I used my number. He was creepy. The dude was probably in his twenties and big boned. I appreciate the selection. Now that Walgreens is going out this will be the best place for makeup in person near me
