CVS Pharmacy

I left my insulin needle tips at home while visiting family in the area. I went in to CVS to purchase some, and when I didn't see them on the floor, I asked the pharmacist. They were not only completely unhelpful, but also quite rude about it. I had a very simple question, and they couldn't be bothered to give me more than a 3 second "explanation", their eyes didn't even look up from their computer. Extremely unprofessional. I saw there is a Walgreen's across the street, asked a very friendly person there for help and I was out with my needle tips in less than 2 minutes. We had been picking up prescriptions from CVS for 20+ years, but this morning I texted my doctor to move all of my family's prescriptions from CVS (we'll be moving my parents' and grandparents' prescriptions too).

CVS pharmacy employees are rude and could care less if you are waiting in line when 130 hits it's their break. I was standing in line 130 hit and lady told me they were going to break and to come back after 2. I explained I was on my break from work and couldn't come back. She again didn't care their break is 130-2. I would have understood if I had shown up after 130, but I was in line. Come on, just finish the customers you have then go-to your break.

Always had good experience other than having to wait because they never have enough people

seniors come to refil meds most times they wait on line now the bathroom is closed to the public what that says is DONT CUM HERE FINDONE WITH BATHROOM

Always quick and helpful. I love that I get text messages when my prescriptions are filled. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
