I have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years now, yeah there are time when the wait is long but ya know what, it's a pharmacy not a fast food joint. I would rather wait a bit long so they make sure they give me the right prescription then them rush and give me something that could kill me. Everyone has always been super nice to me because I've always been nice to them. Patience is appreciated more than money, I know I work in a grocery store, sometimes things come up and there is nothing the employees can do about it. So I choose to give the benefit of the doubt and work hard to be nice to people. It always leaves me with a great experience.
The most rude and unprofessional staff. Joe the pharmacist is the most unprofessional, incapable, and rude person I have ever encountered. Phone mannerism is non-existence...Joe returned my phone call and said, "This is Joe" never identified he was calling from CVS Pharmacy in Ruther Glen and never asked whom he was speaking with, no verification of birthday. Absolutely no questions about my identity. Joe definitely needs refresher course in communication and how to communicate with customer. Perhsps its time for Joe to retire.
Great CVS, since I moved into the area last year I have had only exceptional experiences with this store. Friendly and communicative staff in the pharmacy and front check out counter, well stocked and plenty of parking.
Pretty good, this location doesn’t have the photo printer if you’re looking for one, single person bathroom which is nice. Small location but has a good variety of everything, staff was nice.
Fast and friendly service. I love this CVS in Ruther Glen VA. Always great customer service every where. Tracy in the pharmacy is the nicest and most polite person. She treats customers with extra care no matter what. MJ is great I love seeing her when I go in. Great all the way around and the pharmacists are all very helpful no matter how busy they are they come right to help in any way. I would give this store a 100 stars if I could.💯
