Belmont Dental at Ruther Glen

Just had a fantastic visit at my dentist’s office, and I have to say it was a great experience from start to finish. The whole team was super friendly and made me feel completely at ease. They were also really informative, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood all my options. Plus, they were genuinely sensitive to my personal needs, which I really appreciated. Definitely a five-star experience!

Very nice staff. Very down to Earth. I barely had a chance to become anxious before they made me feel right at ease. Did a wonderful job of explaining things to me and I even had an opportunity to ask any questions. A+++ experience, can't wait to go back!

I recently moved to Washington, DC but wanted my daughter to keep the same dentist for a sense of familiarity and comfort. Our appointment was scheduled for 2:00 pm but was told after driving for 2 hrs that they needed to reschedule our appointment! I understand things happen, but how unfortunate for my daughter who missed a much needed appointment and a school day. There was no compassion from the office manager who was very curt and annoyingly unprofessional. Do better—be better. Updated response: Your office called once this morning and I missed the call because I was in transit headed there. Then you called a second time only an 1.5 hours before the appointment time. Yet if a patient cancelled the same day, we would get penalized. Next time, please send an email instead of an automate

Everyone was nice. Dentist was very gentle. Did a good job explaining things to me. I'm very pleased with my visit.

I'm updating my review because a week after Christmas, I was told I would receive a call the first week of January regarding insurance approval and never heard back. The second week of January 2026, I called and was told I would get a call back.....here we are in March and I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD!!
