CVS Pharmacy

Nice looking store, but I walked in on a very disturbing situation, the cashier was following a teenager around and then I overheard someone on the speaker asking security to turn the cameras to a certain section, probably where the boy was. People don't need to be profiled while they shop and my question is would she have followed him around if he wasn't person of color?

I love this pharmacy and the staff but the AI virtual assistant is a nightmare and made my transferring a prescription from the hospital impossibly frustrating. I had to call three times to be able get it to let me leave a message for the pharmacy. They need to get rid of it. If it wasn’t for the chat bot, I would give the store 5 stars easily.

I came to the store today 10/18/2025 around 8am to return an item. Apparently, the system was slow and when the store associate tried to complete the return, it didn’t go through, then he calls someone on the store speaker which I believe was either the store manager or assistant manager. Her name was Tina. It took her 15 minutes after 2 announcement by the store associate to finally comes to the cashier area. She was extremely unprofessional and didn’t even acknowledge me. After she finally did the return, I tried to put my card in the machine for the second time because I thought it didn’t go through and she did not say anything about the return being completed. She basically yells at me saying I did not have to put my card the second time in. I’m still shocked by the treatment I got at

The cashier help me with my OTC benefit and was able to use it in store. I usually ordered online, but the trip to the store was nice and easy

pharmacy refuses to answer the phone, only leave a voice mail message???? seriously, despensing needed medications & resolving any issues for people??? going back to walgreens.....at least they answer the phone!
