CVS Pharmacy

This pharmacy is so rude! They didn’t give me medicine for my 4 year old daughter!! They told me to go else where after making her wait over 30 minutes when they said it would be ready in 20!! Never again. Unprofessional rolling their eyes. I cannot believe the world we are in now where they don’t give a 4 year old her medicine!! Cancel CVS!!

I give no stars they're very disrespectful and rude don't even want you to finish a question they don't even want to answer the question they just want to push forward and I'm just not having it they're disrespectful rude liars and I'm not dealing with them anymore put up with the too long there are plenty of other pharmacies around. And I give them no stars but I had to put one star just to post this customer service is by far the worst in 2025 that it has ever been and yet people want to complain why they don't have better pay or tips because you have bad customer service and I hope you close down.

I always used the CVS store and pharmacy at Merril St Riverside Plaza for a long time. I like the Pharmacist and staff very much. They are professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I feel very pleased anytime I come to the store or pharmacy.

The store is always clean, usually well-stocked, with polite, professional staff who are always happy to help. I am happy this is my regular pharmacy, and absolutely recommend them.
