CVS Pharmacy

I’ve used this drive-through since 2012 and it used to have great, friendly customer service. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. During my last visit, I was picking up prescriptions for two people. Only one was handed to me with no greeting, explanation, or closing. When I asked about the second prescription, I was told it had already been picked up — something that should have been communicated upfront. The issue wasn’t the medication, but the lack of basic communication and professionalism. A little courtesy goes a long way.

I live close by so I have been using this pharmacy for awhile. I always have a good experience. Tonight was exceptional. They were very busy inside as always and they were trying to navigate a new system. Al and Selena were very friendly and helpful. They were not frazzled and were very patient. I was picking up an antibiotic for my daughter that had just been called in and they expedited it so I would not have to come back. Thank you AL and Selena I appreciate your time and care tonight.

I’ve had consistently negative experiences at this CVS due to poor customer service. In particular, one of the pharmacy technicians, (asian, black hair with glass, IYKYK) has been repeatedly rude and dismissive toward customers, showing little respect for their personal space. I have reported this behavior to corporate affairs, but no action seems to have been taken, even though the behavior occurs openly in front of management. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing that this issue hasn’t been addressed. Wish I could rate a negative -100, cause it would be just that!

Exceptional experience ! Easy scheduling on line. Had the vaccines I needed. East check-in with little to no wait time. Great place to get your vaccinations. Very organized and customer service was excellent.

Had to make a complaint with CVS corporate. Pharmacist refuse to give my son's medicine to me, even after speaking with the doctors office still insisting to speak to the prescribing doctor. My son has been on the same medication for 3+ years.. not the regular Pharmacists but apparently had an issue reading notes.
