CVS Pharmacy

Great employees....the cashier helped opened my water bottle since my hands and fingers are weak (cashier number 288841) ....I've been at this CVS before and had a good experience there, too, with helpful employees at the pharmacy and an other very friendly cashier at the checkout. One other time I was there I had to return something and didn't have an issue....the only strange thing is their restroom....it looks like you're going into a locked keypad door, but pharmacy said the door wasn't locked and to go through the door. The restroom wasn't right there...there was a small open space before getting to the restroom. It also was a "handicapped/family restroom" unlike regular ladie's/men's restrooms. (I prefer regular restrooms but that's just me.)

Stopped in to ask the pharmacist for behind the counter meds because my husband and I are on our way back across the country after Christmas and are so so sick but need something to help us feel better so we can keep driving. I was treated like it was insane I would ask and I was drug seeking or something. I don’t know but it made me feel terrible when I already physically feel horrible. Truly bad customer service when someone is looking for help to feel better. She ended up recommending over the counter meds but gave the wrong name to box color which is fine but made everything even more confusing.

Angela, you’re not personable, you make things difficult and you don’t know basic math. If there’s 31 days in the prior month then what does the date for the next prescription come for 30 days? It will be two days before they picked it up the month prior, not One day because that would be 31 days. Basic math. Learn it. If and when a prescription is on back order customer should be notified. If I would’ve known that then I would’ve switched her prescriptions to a different pharmacy. You guys act like you’re ignorant, but this is day-to-day things at your job, learn it or get a new job.

Made me Feel very exposed in the store without me even saying word yet at all... Very patient person mind you, and out of no where all I hear is that it's not ready yet but at the same time how do you even know exactly right then what I even was asking about?????????!!!!!!! If I could I'd give no stars but the star I give goes to tge only 1 that made me remotely comfortable in there that day.....

A lot of time they don't have the medication needed. Rude staff not very friendly. Long wait. Nobody ever at register.
