CVS Pharmacy

The woman pharmacist at the Wilson Mills/Monticello location in Richmond Heights is excellent! She is on it! Anytime I get a new prescription that may interact with an existing one, she flags it to have a consult. She spoke with me when I had 3 different high-blood pressure medications to make sure I was NOT taking them all at the same time. I feel safe & confident with her as my pharmacist. 👏🏽🏆

The pharmacy line was long, but the employees were efficient and got the customers in & out. Thanks

This is the worst cvs pharmacy I’ve ever visited they always slow, hard to get on the phone . this last visit was unacceptable one person waiting on both registers at the pharmacy counter but total of 5 workers behind pharmacy counter just totally ignored the 5 people in line waiting not to mention the one person also administered a flu shot when I walked up

the workers are helpful. But be aware they may refill your prescription without your approval.

ran into some traffic on my way over and called them 15 mins before close to let them know I’ll be there a couple minutes before 7. nobody picked up the entire drive and I remained on the line the entire time waiting for someone to answer for 15 mins straight. pulled up to the window at 6:58 and the woman wouldn’t even look at me, so I rushed around to go inside and they said they cant help me since theyre closed. i need my medication. worst experience imaginable
