CVS Pharmacy

Conveniently located inside the Target. I’ve never seen the pharmacy very busy, and the pharmacy staff was helpful, friendly, and quick, in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Pharmacists insists the computer will automatically order my prescriptions for refill. Yet every month I have to have them bring it in after I go to the counter to ask them for it. Why would this be. If my prescription needs doctor authorization instead of calling me and asking me if they want me to check with the doctor why wouldn't they just check with the doctor

I would give 0 stars to this pharmacy if I could. We have had countless issues but this past weekend was the most awful yet. Our dog required life saving medication for an emergency we had at the vet as he is in heart failure. Our vet called in the medicine twice and had to leave the request via voicemail as no one can be bothered to answer. I called ten + times for the emergency medication and was put on hold each and every time for hours. I begged someone speak to me as this medicine was needed to save our dog’s life. My Husband had to physically visit the pharmacy where he was was told they “didn’t listen to the voicemail yet” (nearly a day later) and they were “busy.” The pharmacist knew the situation and we pleaded to please fill the script for our dog immediately. I'd give 0 if possible. They gave me the incorrect medication and are making it nearly impossible to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy. Multiple requests requests to transfer resulted in them trying to give me a refill that I specifically said I don't want and now they continuously put me and the other pharmacy on hold instead of letting me get epilepsy medication from a competent location

This CVS and the employees there are very friendly and quick to respond to phone calls and just amazing overall! Everywhere else I see delays and long hold times on the phone, but not here! I highly recommend it and especially thank you to the two girls that helped me last time I went there, Ira and Deanna! Great work!
