I've been really happy with the CVS in Redmond. Yes, it is automated when you call the pharmacy, but they text back and respond promptly. The staff are all very good and the Pharmacist is always helpful and kind.
Pharmacy is not great. You can’t speak to anyone except an AI bot. You have to leave a voicemail. They didn’t even call me back. Been trying to get a prescription transferred all week long. THEY CANT EVEN DO IT!!! Who knows why since they won’t answer a phone or call back. Diabolical. What pharmacy doesn’t let you speak to the PHARMACISTS on the phone? Get it together.
The store is well stocked and has WIDE isles. IMO, the prices are high. The Pharmacy? I couldn't give it a lower score. The techs are friendly, but the outrageous LACK of pharmacists is unbearable, and the poor cashier. Rarely do they have more than one working, and the wait times are ridiculous. I was suppose to do a sleep study and needed to pickup only 1 sleeping pill. I waited almost 5 hours before going to pick it up, and it wasn't ready yet. I had to wait 30 minutes, just for them to tell me it wasn't ready. I waited until the NEXT day to pick it up. The 1 pill cost 17.00. Yet, a 30 day prescription is 22.27 The drive-up window is most often closed. All of these problems are the faults of the CVS CEO's fault. It is THEIR responsibility to keep pharmacists. All automated and ridiculous. Won't allow you to speak to an actual person on the phone and will hang up on you if your calling from a number it doesn't recognize. Absolutely terrible experience
The pharmacist told me my script would be ready Tuesday evening. Arrived to find that the script was not ready and would not be ready until Thursday. A continual issue at this pharmacy. Very poor communication
