CVS Pharmacy

I was a CVS Pharmacy fan for a long time. Now, not so much. I think the pharmacy is overworked and understaffed. The pharmacy has definitely gone downhill. The store in general is starting to look a little run down even though much of the exterior was redone a couple of years ago. The general store employees there are great and they're all super nice. It's not their fault. Since you asked for my feedback, l shall provide a few pointers. How in the world are your customers supposed to see the brand or product labels for anything when they are obscured by these yellow tags? Recently I had six scripts filled. Not only did I not receive the arthritis friendly caps (not childproof) but they weren't even in new brown bottles. The manufacturer supplied bottles was all I received. I suppose we s

Don’t know why but I always get a unpleasant employee at the Pharmacy counter. It’s not the pharmacist himself maybe a tech but she has her name tag turned so you can’t read the name on her badge. I can tell you she is really rude and disrespectful. I went to check in for my vaccines and she rolled her eyes , mind you she didn’t make eye contact or ask my name and said “ go sit down”. She’s an older woman and needs to get a job behind a desk not dealing with the public. This wasn’t the only time she was was rude but it will be the last going to change pharmacy companies

The pharmacy is full of people that truly care about their customers! They are ALL Knowledgeable and kind. They really take the time to educate and assist you any way they can. I highly recommend using them for all of your prescriptions¡

Terrible. After receiving text to pickup medicine went there. She try to find my proscription for 25 minutes! On the end tell me she can not find and she will process order again. Her coworker find medicine immediately. Tell me copay is $120.00. My usual copay was for same medicine (generic) $5. They did not run my insurance at all! Left and will never come back.

This place is always quick and convenient for me and I've had no issues with them in the five years they have been my primary pharmacy.
