CVS Pharmacy

I recently had an organ transplant and had all my meds transferred to the CVS here on Windsong. CherylDawn was very understanding and patient. We went through the list of the 23 meds and placed them on auto refill and added text notifications. This was so helpful to me as it alleviates my stress!!!

I don't like giving bad reviews but man, I really really need my antibiotics and just like last time, it's taking forever and the weekend hours are ridiculously short. I get that you all are very busy but maybe there should be more help hired then? My prescription was supposed to be done and ready last night but it wasn't and it won't even show up on the app. Waiting until 10:00 am is unbelievable.

I'm surprised how many people get the medication here! Every time I come here there is a line. The employees are so busy. But the line goes at a normal pace. When I'm waiting after checking in at the counter, I look around the store. So it's not so bad to wait. They will call your name over the intercom. I enjoy getting my medication here !

I’ve always have my meds from CVS , I’ve never had a negative experience , on the contrary , I can tell the pharmacist and staff care , because one day , I went to pick up a med , the pharmacist spoke to me and explained that this new med I was about to get will interfere with my other meds I was already taking , it could have been catastrophic, I chose not to ingest the med until I spoke to my PCP . I know sometimes they could be understaff , that happens to every company , but when I walk in there not only am I greeted with a greeting , but the whole store is very attractive and clean . The coupons (rewards ) are excellent . Thank you CVS and all the wonderful staff .

Easy in and out, friendly cashiers, easy to find what you need. Very clean store, plenty of parking, the aisles are very well marked to guide you to what you're looking for. They even have plaques outside with the Managers names on them. It's a very nice CVS.
