Really like that you can schedule a group, online, for vaccinations. It made it easier to get vaccinated with the group. Thanks CVS!

Very upset after getting yelled @ repeatedly because I didn't understand why I had another $10.00 reward when I used one within days. Clerk yelled louder and louder even when I asked him to stop yelling at me. Another clerk told him to take a break then she proceeded to tell me I wasn't listening and also yelled at me. She acted like I was so stupid and continued yelling because she had heard what the previous clerk was saying. She finally said maybe I just got a second rewards due to the date. She was as rude as the first one. When I said I would think twice about returning to CVS. She said go ahead there many CVS and I could leave a review. I didn't think I would bother but I was so shook up at being treated so badly, like an imbecile, I decided to leave a review. I don't think I have e

Got a text my Rx was ready and when I went to pick it up they just kept saying “well, it’s not here” like I should know what to do next. Told me to talk to the pharmacist, helped other customers, then came over and told me again how the Rx wasn’t there. Now it’s definitely not there because I transferred all my Rx to Hannaford.

Some of the worst services I have ever had. They tell you to pick up meds a certain day, and then they tell you three days later it's out of stock!!! This has happened multiple times. They actually text you, tell you your scripts are ready, you get there, and it's either not ready, or there is a problem like a pre authorization is needed. They tell you one thing, the Dr's office tells you something totally different! If you are understaffed, then, for God's sake, get more staff. These medications are for some life saving, not just a want, but a need in order to live! They go days knowing they are out of a certain med and fail to inform you so you could get it refilled somewhere else. Patients depend on their pharmacy to have prompt, courteous, and informed services. Shame on you, CVS. One

I needed to get a refill of my prescription in Maine while visiting from Florida. The technician at CVS in Portland Maine was extremely helpful. He called Florida to cancel my prescription down there and he quickly refilled it here. Awesome Customer service!
