I was waited on by Austin at the pharmacy counter. It’s always a pleasure and hard to leave without a smile once he greets you. CVS is fortunate to have Austin as a member of their team.
is it typical for the pharm techs to ask personal questions such as “why one needs an x amount of medication”? i’m switching from meijer to here, but thinking of going back. it’s not okay to give customers a series of mini heart palpitations after having to feel i need to defend myself on what my doctor sends over. i don’t like this place so far.
Cvs pharmacy has courteous employees, informative pharmacist that are happy to talk to you about your medications. You don't have to wait long. You can see everyone is working and not standing around. Highly recommend
24 hr pharmacy is great! I had a longer wait a month ago around 3pm but went at 630am and I was the only vehicle in the drive thru. Team member was quick and helpful as I was on my way in minutes. Would recommend
My parents went to pick up my sons medication for me and they waited 45 mins in the drive through just to be told to come back in 20 mins and then waited 2 hours just to have to walk in and get my sons prescription. Absolutely ridiculous very pissed off
