Lisa at CVS pharmacy in Port Jefferson on Main Street is the greatest! She is the best worker and person. Always Is very attentive, happy and efficient

Unfortunately it’s dehumanizing to watch these fabulous workers have to crawl on their hands & knees to get my meds out of a tiny refrigerator that they have to partially empty to get my meds. It disappointing that management doesn’t think enough of them to get a full size refrigerator.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy I ever been. Came here to pick the meds for my kids. It took them almost an hour to get a simple amoxicilian. Asked multiple times and said that I have to wait about 15 minutes. Then asked again, saying I have to wait for another 15 minutes. Then an hour easily passed. Try to plan ahead for long wait if you want to this one pharmacy.

I needed this prescription filled asap they told me an hour I came back in an hour and a half it wasn't ready so I waited another half hour they had the four pills ready but they Told me the gel was not ready so I sat down again and waited another 20 minutes. I got up and checked turns out my prescription was ready so I proceeded to fill it but The gel still wasn't ready So after all that time I asked The tall girl at the register who clearly does not want to be there to send it to another pharmacy so as they were doing it they found out they did have the gel in the store so back down to the waiting chair for a third time. Finally after fist arriving at 1:30 coming back at three finally out of there after four I got the four pills and the tube of gel that I was prescribed. NEVER AGAIN

I wish you could give negative stars as this is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Every month there’s an issue. The staff is lazy and rude. There’s zero communication and when you ask questions, you get an attitude. I was using Stop & Shop pharmacy for a while and they were great but I literally live right up the hill from CVS and switched back for convenience. However, the longer commute to another pharmacy is worth it. I do not recommend this store or CVS in general. I’m not sure what’s going on but customer service is no longer a priority at this company.
