CVS Pharmacy

Scheduled an appointment with the pharmacy. I checked in on time and then waited 25 minutes past my appointment time. Nobody checked in with me or apologized for the wait. The person waiting next to me had the appointment slot 15 *minutes* before me and had a similar experience. I eventually had to leave to make it to another appointment. I don't understand why y'all offer services you're unable to support efficiently!

An easy experience to get COVID and flu vaccines, starting with making the appointment to the information required. Pleasant and professional pharmacist and nurse.

I had photos printed for my mom's Celebration of Life. 38 of the 42 were distorted. I was told their printer wasn't working properly, couldn't someone at least call me and say they didn't work instead of me picking up and driving home to find out they were ruined?

All the regular people from 2022-2024 are wonderful. They are my angels who helped me get the drugs faster than Optum (we chose this store over Optum and other chains). People here e.g. store front, past pharmacist and pharmacy techs are always there to listen, cooperate, and help the patients with kindness and we enjoy mutual respect. But on 2/2/25, I had to change me review. My doctor prescribed me Mxxxxx pain meds for my torn ligament prior to the surgery. The prescription went to CVS on 1/31, the doctor indicated that for the rashes caused by the drug allergy, I need to just take an allergy pill and that will help me with the allergy. Lots of items out of stock. The pharmacy had lots of cards for behind the counter medicines. I took multiple different cards up, and they were out of all of the ones I wanted. I wasted my time deciding what to buy, only to be told they were sold out. The prices didn't match up to what was displayed on the shelf for many items. CVS really is out here scamming everyone with their high prices.
