CVS Pharmacy

While picking up my prescriptions, they had it ready and the whole process took less than 5 minutes. That's what I call first class service.

Three times I stopped to get ALLEGRA (allergy tablets for adults ) at the pharmacy of Exchange Pkwy and Alma Rd., in Plano, but didn’t find any; only found Allegra medicine for children. Had to find another CVS to get what I needed.

Manger Mahtab has a great clean store with wonderful and helpful employees. Very professional establishment!

Waited almost 30 minutes for a vaccine appointment after checking in online. Staff didn't call for me, then condescended to tell me I should have gone to the counter and let them know I was there, even though their own online instructions say to wait. Plus, wouldn't have helped since the person at the pharmacy counter spent at least 15 minutes having a conversation with someone who wasn't even picking up a prescription. Would never go here if my insurance didn't force me to.

i went inside to pick up a medication and one of the girls working behind the counter was very rude to me when telling me my medication can’t be refilled. like just say you can’t do it right now and move on, the nasty look was not necessary! always had a problem with speed of pick up and condescending workers at this location.
